Mihanović leaves

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Mihanović sheets are two parchment sheets in the Old Church Slavonic language in Glagolitic script . They were probably made in Zahumlje (Zeta) in present-day Bosnia at the end of the 11th or beginning of the 12th century . They are part of an Orthodox apostolar for liturgical reading on Sundays and public holidays. The language contains Serbo-Croatian elements ( p instead of f , e.g. Stepan instead of Stefan ).

The leaves were found in the 19th century by the Croatian diplomat Antun Mihanović . You are now in the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts in Zagreb , signature Fragm. Glag. 1.
