Mika Laurikainen (born April 28, 1963 in Turku ) is a Finnish football coach .

Laurikainen began his coaching career in 1996 in his hometown Turku at Åbo IFK . Åbo was the reserve team for Turku PS at the time . Laurikainen managed to move up to the Ykkönen with his fourth-rate team . From 2001 he was under contract with Turku PS and led the club back to the Veikkausliiga before he worked for one season as an assistant coach at MyPa Anjalankoski in 2006 . This was followed by an engagement at FF Jaro and several years of work for junior teams of the Finnish Football Association. For the 2014 season he replaced Marko Rajamäki as coach at Turku PS.
