Milan Cahlík is a former Czechoslovak ski jumper .

Cahlík competed in his only World Cup in the 1984/85 season and achieved his first and only World Cup points on February 23, 1985 in ski flying in Harrachov with 14th place. With these points, he finished 70th in the overall ranking at the end of the season, together with the Swiss Pascal Reymond and the Finn Mika Kojonkoski .
