Milan Siljanov
Milan Siljanov (born August 30, 1987 in Zurich ) is a Swiss opera, concert and lied singer with a bass-baritone voice .
biography
Training and first appearances
Milan Siljanov studied piano and singing at the Zurich University of the Arts . He rounded off his education with the Opera Course at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. From 2016 to 2018 he was a member of the Opera Studio of the Bavarian State Opera and during this time he played small and medium-sized roles such as For example, the broom-maker in Hansel and Gretel and Antonio in the premiere cast of Le nozze di Figaro . In a production by the Opera Studio in April 2018, he was the village judge Adam in Viktor Ullmann's The Broken Jug . At the beginning of the 2018/2019 season he was accepted into the ensemble of the Bavarian State Opera.

Act as a song singer
As a lieder singer, Milan Siljanov works with the Georgian pianist Nino Chokhonelidze, with whom he has already achieved success in major competitions. The repertoire of this lied duo includes songs from the German Romantic era, including Schubert's song cycle Die Winterreise .
