Millie Cheater

Millicent Maud Cheater (real name Millicent Maud Cousins , born November 20, 1927 in Winnipeg , † January 20, 2003 in Vancouver ) was a Canadian athlete.

Career

In 1947 she became Canadian champion in the 60-meter run, the following year she finished second over 200 meters and third over 100 meters.

She started for Canada at the 1948 Olympic Games in London in the 100-meter run and over 200 meters. In both competitions she was eliminated in the preliminary stages.

Her personal best of 12.2 s over 100 meters dates back to 1947. She ran her best time over 200 meters in 1948: 25.9 s.
