Milován Petar Mirošević Albornoz - also Milovan Mirosevic - (born June 20, 1980 in Santiago de Chile ) is a Chilean football player .

The midfielder began his career in 1997 at CD Universidad Católica in Santiago de Chile, where he quickly developed into a star player. On his way to the Chilean national soccer team , where he made his debut in 2001, he also went through the U-17, U-20 and U-23 national teams of his country. In 2000 he was selected for the "Team of the Year" in the election for Footballer of the Year in Chile . In the same year he was also in the Chilean squad for the Olympic Games in Sydney where Chile won the bronze medal. However, Mirosevic was not used during the tournament. In 2002 he won the Apertura tournament of the national championship with Católica .

After this success, the fast and powerful player started his first international engagement at the Racing Club in Buenos Aires that same year . In 2006 he moved to the Israeli club Beitar Jerusalem with which he won the national championship title in 2007. After the season he returned to South America where he joined Argentinos Juniors , also in Buenos Aires.

There he stayed but only briefly, and later in 2008 he returned to his original club Universidad Católica in Santiago, where he acted as captain. In 2009 he was honored as Mejor Volante del Campeonato Chileno , the best defensive midfielder in the Chilean championship. In 2010 he was the top scorer in the Chilean league with 19 goals. The following year he won the Cup of Chile with Universidad . CD Magallanes won the first final game 1-0. In the second leg it was 1-0 for Universidad after 90 minutes. In the penalty shootout, Mirosevic missed the first ball for his team, but in the end they still got the upper hand 4-2.

In January 2012 he moved to the US soccer franchise Columbus Crew .

For the national team he appeared a total of 23 times until 2007 and scored 3 goals. In 2011 he came to two more assignments. With Chile he took part in the Copa America 2004 , where the Selección was eliminated after the preliminary round as the bottom of the group.
