Milton George Henschel (born August 9, 1920 in Covington , Kentucky , † March 22, 2003 ) was President of the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society from 1992 to 2000 , the most important registered body used by the Jehovah's Witnesses religious community .

As early as 1933 he had put himself in the service of the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society. From 1939 to 1977 he worked closely with Nathan Homer Knorr , who was president of the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society from 1942 until his death. Henschel was a member of the so-called "Governing Body", the religious management and decision-making body of the religious community, from 1970 until his death. In 2000, under Henschel, the governing body of Jehovah's Witnesses, of which Henschel was still a member, and the board of the Watchtower Society, whose presidency Henschel was resigning at that time, were separated.

In 1956, Henschel married Lucille Bennett. An obituary for him appeared in The Watchtower of August 15, 2003 on page 31.
