Mindaugas Gudas

Mindaugas Gudas (born December 2, 1977 in Vilnius ) is a Lithuanian former politician , Vice Minister for the Environment (2016-2017).

Life

After graduating from high school, Mindaugas Gudas completed a bachelor's degree in geography and a master's degree in hydrometeorology . From 2005 to 2009 he did his doctorate on rivers in Lithuania at the Lietuvos žemės ūkio universitetas (now Aleksandras Stulginskis University ) in the Kaunas district community . He became a civil servant and worked for Aplinkos apsaugos agentūra (AAA). From 2008 to 2016 he was Director of the River Management Department at the AAA. From December 2016, Gudas was Lithuania's Deputy Environment Minister as the deputy of Kęstutis Navickas in the Skvernelis cabinet . In October 2017, he resigned over the allegations. His successor was Dalius Krinickas .
