The amusement park mini-a-thür (also called Little Thuringia ) is located in Ruhla, Thuringia . The permanent exhibition shows models in 1:25 scale of the Thuringian sights during the summer months in an open-air area. In winter the models are exhibited in a museum hall.
The park, which measures 19,000 m² , was opened in 1999 and now has over 100 models. With around 75,000 visitors a year, the park is one of the greatest attractions in the Wartburg district .

Toboggan run
At Easter 2009, the Alexanderturmbahn summer toboggan run was opened near the park as part of the Ruhla adventure arena.
Over a length of about 900 meters, the toboggan run overcomes a height difference of 111 meters. The descent itself is about two thirds of the total distance, the average gradient is 23 percent. This means that speeds of up to 42 km / h can be achieved.
