The Minnitaki Lake is a lake in Kenora District in the southwest of the Canadian province of Ontario .
The English River flows through Minnitaki Lake from south to north. The lake has an area of 188.8 km². The maximum water depth is 49 m, the mean water depth 18 m. The water of Minnitaki Lake leaves the lake via the Abram Rapids to the neighboring Abram Lake in the north . Sioux Lookout , the only larger town in the area, is 10 km north of the lake.
The following species of fish are caught in the Minnitaki-Abram-Pelican-Botsford lake system: eyeglasses , Canadian pikeperch , trout and black bass , pike , muscle lung , American perch , sunfish , American char and herring whitefish . The catch of the sea sturgeon is prohibited all year round.
