Minqing
Minqing ( Chinese 闽清 县 , Pinyin Mǐnqīng Xiàn ) is a district in the west of the prefecture -level city of Fuzhou in the Chinese province of Fujian . It is located on the lower reaches of the Min Jiang River . Its main town is the municipality of Meicheng (梅 城镇).
It has an area of 1,468.8 km² and has a population of 301,400 (end of 2003).
Administrative structure
At the community level, the district is made up of eleven large communities and five communities.
