Division of Fuzhou Prefecture

Changle ( Chinese  長樂 市  /  长乐 市 , Pinyin Chánglè shì  - "long joy") is an independent city that belongs to the administrative area of ​​the independent city of Fuzhou in the Chinese province of Fujian .

The urban area extends over an area of ​​718 km²; the population at the end of 2002 was approx. 670,000.
