Minquan
The circle Minquan ( Chinese 民权县 , pinyin Minquan Xiàn ) is a group of prefecture-level city Shangqiu in the Chinese province of Henan . It has an area of 1,222 km² and has a population of around 850,000 (2002). Its main town is the large community of Chengguan (城关 镇).
Administrative structure
At the community level, the circle consists of six large communities and twelve communities (two of which are Hui Chinese ).
