Suiyang (Shangqiu)

The Suiyang District ( Chinese  睢阳 区 , Pinyin Suīyáng Qū ) is a district of the prefecture -level city of Shangqiu in the Chinese province of Henan . It has an area of ​​913 km² and has a population of around 720,000 (2002).
