Minuscule 565 (also Codex of Empress Theodora , 565 in the numbering according to Gregory-Aland , from Soden ε 93) is a Greek minuscule manuscript of the four Gospels of the New Testament . It has been palaeographically dated to the 9th century. The manuscript consists of 405 purple-colored parchment sheets in the format 17.6 cm × 19.2 cm, which are written on in one column in 19 lines with golden ink.

It contains chapter divisions with the numbers in the margin and titles above the text. The Eusebian canon tables were added later.

The manuscript came to Saint Petersburg from the Black Sea region in 1829 . Today it is in the Russian National Library there , call number Gr. 53.
