Mirai Yamamoto ( Japanese 山 本 未來 , Yamamoto Mirai ; born April 11, 1974 in Tokyo Prefecture ) is a Japanese actress .

Life

Mirai Yamamoto was born in 1974 as the daughter of fashion designer Kansai Yamamoto . Her career in the film business began in 1992 when she worked on the film Jūgo Shōjo Hyōryūki ( 十五 少女 漂流 記 ). She became known outside of Japan with the 1998 film Jackie Chan's Nobody .

She has been married to the Japanese actor Kippei Shiina since 2003 .
