The Miraphone Tuba Quartet is a French Tuba - Quartet , the instrument maker from Miraphone sponsored.

history

In 1992 they met the four members at the Paris Conservatory . In 1995 Philippe Wendling and Patrick Couttet visited the Frankfurt Music Fair to test the euphonies of various manufacturers. There the musicians got into conversation with the managing director of Miraphone eG , who invited the quartet to a company tour. After the tour, the quartet gave a small concert. Then Miraphone submitted an offer for a comprehensive sponsorship. The quartet's repertoire encompasses both classic and modern, with the aim of combining both.

The artists give concerts in Germany , Austria , Switzerland , France , Italy , Spain , the Netherlands and the USA .
