Miriam Krekel

Miriam Charlotte Krekel (born May 5, 1977 in Nuremberg ) is a German journalist . She has been editor-in-chief of BZ since February 2017, and editor- in-chief of Bild -Ausgabe Berlin / Brandenburg since 2010 .

Career

Krekel began her journalistic career as a police reporter for the Hamburger Morgenpost , and in 2002 she moved to the Hamburg editorial team of Bild . Until 2007 she was employed as head of the police department and later as deputy editor-in-chief, in 2008 she became head of entertainment for the nationwide edition and then head of news.

Personal

Miriam Krekel has two children. She is the daughter of the actress Hildegard Krekel, who died in 2013 .
