Hildegard Krekel (born June 2, 1952 in Cologne ; † May 26, 2013 there ) was a German actress and voice actress . She became known in the 1970s with the role of the daughter (Rita) of Alfred Tetzlaff ("Disgust Alfred") in Wolfgang Menge's satirical family TV series A Heart and a Soul . As a voice actress she lent her voice to Bette Davis and Helen Mirren, among others .

Career

Krekel spoke in children's series on WDR radio at the age of six . At the age of 15 she celebrated her first big success in the Gerhart Hauptmann film The Rats . In the 1990s she played alongside Rudi Carrell in the RTL series Rudis Urlaubsshow and alongside Hape Kerkeling in Club Las Piranjas . From 1998 she gave the pub landlady Uschi Schmitz in the WDR series Die Anrheiner as well as from 2011 in the follow-up series Ein Fall für die Anrheiner .

She was the half-sister of the actress and singer Lotti Krekel . She had two daughters and was the partner of the former national soccer player Max Lorenz . Her daughter Miriam Krekel is editor-in-chief of the daily newspaper BZ

Hildegard Krekel died on May 26, 2013 of complications from cancer one week before her 61st birthday. Her grave is in the Melaten cemetery in Cologne.
