Mirza Mohamed Ali Khan Farzine (* 1878 in Tehran ) was a Persian diplomat and politician .

In the civil service since 1905, Khan Farzine was a member of parliament in 1913, director general in the Ministry of Finance in 1920, treasurer general in 1921 and State Secretary in the Ministry of Finance in 1922. From 1926 he represented his country as an extraordinary envoy and plenipotentiary minister in Berlin . In 1928 he became the Imperial Persian ambassador to Afghanistan, but in the same year he was called back to the Foreign Ministry as State Secretary. In 1929 he was first finance minister, then minister of foreign affairs and by 1930 Persian envoy for Germany and the Netherlands in Berlin.
