Missael Espinoza

Missael Espinoza (born April 12, 1965 in Tepic , Nayarit ) is a former Mexican football player who was mostly used in midfield .

During his career, Espinoza played for the Mexican clubs CF Monterrey (1984-1993 and 2004/05), CD Guadalajara (1993-1997), Club León (1997/98 and 2000-2002), Necaxa (1998-1999), Querétaro FC (2002/03) and Trotamundos Tijuana (2003) and San José Clash (1996), a major league soccer club in the USA .

Espinoza made his international debut on April 17, 1990 against Colombia (2-0). He made a total of 41 international matches in which he scored four goals. Missael Espinoza was also part of the squad of the Mexican national team at the 1994 World Cup , in which he was not used. A year later he was also a member of the 1995 Copa América squad .
