With Ghamr ( Arabic ميت غمر, DMG Mīt Ġamr ) is a city in Egypt within the Ad-Daqahliyya Governorate with approx. 141,000 inhabitants.

With Ghamr lies in the middle of four governorates, ad-Daqahliyya in the north, al-Qalyubiyya in the south, ash-Sharqiyya in the east and al-Gharbiyya in the west. It is about 43 kilometers from al-Mansura and 28 kilometers from Zagazig , the capital of Sharqiyya, also about 35 kilometers from Banha , the capital of Qalyubiyya, and 29 kilometers from Tanta , the capital of Al Gharbiayya.
