The VdgB membership pin was an award from the Association of Mutual Farmers Aid (VdgB) in the German Democratic Republic . The membership pin has the shape of an upwardly stretched hexagon and shows the letters VdgB on a light green background, surrounded by an ornament that is reminiscent of stalks of corn. The back of the badge is smooth and shows a vertically soldered needle with a counter-hook.
