The mean eye animal ( Euglena intermedia ) is a type of protist from the genus of the eye animal ( Euglena ). It occurs in puddles of water, furrows, gutters, and dung puddles.
features
Euglena intermedia is 120 to 135 microns long. The cells are cylindrical, elongated and have a short tip. They are very metabolic. There are disc-shaped chloroplasts . The scourge is short.
