Miyi ( Chinese 米易县 , Pinyin Mǐyì Xiàn ) is a district in the extreme southwest of the southwest Chinese province of Sichuan . It belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture city of Panzhihua . Miyi has an area of 2,153 km² and a population of 207,100. Its main town is the large municipality of Panlian (攀 莲 镇).
Administrative structure
At the community level, the district consists of seven large communities and five communities (four of which are nationalities).
