Mobile Organized Crime Group
Mobile Organized Crime Groups are organized groups of criminals who operate across Europe, also known as migrant criminals.
They are in particular as apartment and basement burglar , a car burglary, shoplifting , pocket and Trick theft , shock calls ( grandson of Trick ), non-ferrous metal theft and the skimming and cash trapping operates. The groups usually consist of five to 25 perpetrators, often from southern / eastern Europe. Usually numerous acts are committed in short succession, resulting in high overall damage.
To intensify the fight against migratory crime, the EMPACT project Mobile (itinerant) OC Groups (MOCG) was launched at Europol by Belgium and France . Again and again, the gangs use children or people who pretend to be not yet 14 years old to commit the crimes. Under 14 you are not of criminal legal age , so you hope to evade prosecution . The determination of the backers usually does not succeed, these are indirect perpetrators according to Section 25 (1), 2nd alt. StGB responsible for the acts .
