action
The life of fashion photographer Danielle Reynolds ( Jennifer O'Neill ) changes dramatically when she learns of her husband's death. It turns out that he was actually a government agent. After his murder, she hires the Vietnam veteran Mac Harper (Jon-Erik Hexum) to find out who killed her husband.
As a result, her husband's former boss, Henry Towler, offers her to take over her late husband's job. Danielle officially works as a photographer from now on, and Mac as one of her models, but the truth is that they are doing assignments around the world to rescue troubled Americans or stop enemies of the United States.
After the death of Jon-Erik Hexum, the character of Mac Harper was declared dead and Jack Striker ( Antony Hamilton ) joined the team as a new agent.
Death on the set
On October 12, 1984, Jon-Erik Hexum joked a gun loaded with blank cartridges and pulled the trigger after repeatedly extending the break from shooting . When the cartridge was decompressed, its insert knocked a piece of bone out of his skull, which penetrated his brain. Despite immediate emergency surgery, Jon-Erik Hexum was declared brain dead shortly afterwards and on October 18, 1984, he was disconnected from the life-support devices in order to remove his organs.
