The Mogielanka rises near the village of Wilcze Średnie in the mesoregion of the Wysoczyzna Rawska , flows generally in a southerly direction past the small town of Mogielnica and, after a run of around 40 kilometers, flows into the Pilica at the village of Osuchów opposite Wyśmierzyce .
