Mohamed Abdel Aziz (born January 4, 1981 ) is an Egyptian road cyclist .
Mohamed Abdel Aziz came second in the 2003 International Presidency Turkey Tour and was third overall. The next year he won the fifth stage of the Tour of Egypt in Nouibaâ. At the Africa championship in 2005 he won the bronze medal in the road race behind Rupert Rheeder and Thomas Desvaux . In the 2007 season, Abdel Aziz was successful in a stage of the Tour of Libya .
