Muhammad Zaki Abu ʿAmir

Muhammad Zaki Abu ʿAmir - internationally also Muhammad Zaki Abu Amer - ( Arabic محمد زكي أبو عامر, DMG Muḥammad Zakī Abū ʿĀmir ) is an Egyptian lawyer who has written significant texts on criminal law and a politician ( National Democratic Party ).

Abū ʿĀmir received his PhD in criminal law from Alexandria University in 1974 . He was then President of the Central Agency for Organization and Management of Egypt, Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Alexandria, and General Secretary of the National Democratic Party of Egypt .

Eventually he became the Egyptian Minister of Administration .
