Mohammed Charles Ouseb (actually Mohamed ; born July 17, 1974 in Tsumeb , South West Africa , today Namibia ) is a Namibian football player.

Ouseb played from 2001 to 2003 with Lyn Oslo in the highest Norwegian league and was then under contract with the Moroka Swallows . In the years 2006 to 2008 Ouseb did not take part in a game due to a knee injury and returned to Namibia in October 2008. He has played for the Orlando Pirates since then.

Ouseb is also a Namibian national soccer player .
