The Mohr-Villa is a listed villa built around 1870 in Situlistraße 75 in Freimann .

Garden pavilion

It is a former manor house in the late classical style with a hipped roof house with pilaster strips . In 1885 Walter Mohr bought the building and had a park laid out. The Reichsbahn acquired the property around 1925 . The villa has served as a cultural center and meeting point in Munich-Freimann since 1993. In 2001, the listed remise of the villa was converted into a theater with foundation funds. She is u. a. Avoid rain and a permanent venue for the autumn season of the Munich Summer Theater .
