The Molar Massif is a large mountain range in northern Victoria Land east of the Lanterman Range in the Bowers Mountains .
It was mapped by survey work by the United States Geological Survey and with the help of aerial photographs by the United States Navy from 1960 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1970 after its appearance reminiscent of a molar .
