history

Moldavian Airlines was founded on July 26, 1994 and began flight operations on August 19, 1994 with a Jakowlew Jak-42 . It was the first private airline in Moldova. It became a Moldovan-Swiss company in 1999 and entered into a partnership with the Romanian airline Carpatair .
