The Molson Lake is a lake in the Canadian province of Manitoba . It is 80 km northeast of Lake Winnipeg and has a length of 45 km in an east-west and a width of 20 km in a north-south direction with an area of 391 km² (including islands 400 km²) and is thus slightly smaller than Lake Constance . It belongs to the river system of the Hayes River . The lake is very rich in fish and therefore popular with anglers.
