Moncef Besbes (born November 11, 1949 ) is a former Tunisian handball player .
biography
Besbes part in the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, the Tunisian Handball selection , which finished in 16th place. Four years later at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal , he was again a member of the Tunisian handball team , which finished 12th.
