The relations between Monaco and San Marino made since of 2006.

Diplomatic relations

In 2006 the two countries signed an agreement to establish bilateral diplomatic relations. This was signed by San Marino on May 18, Monaco signed on June 1, 2006.

The San Marino ambassador responsible for Monaco, Sylvie Bollini , is based in San Marino . Monaco itself does not have an embassy in San Marino, the ambassador in Rome is also accredited there. Monaco is also represented in Dogana by the consul Gian Luca Belluzzi .

Economic relationships

A treaty for the exchange of information on tax matters was signed by the two states on July 29, 2009.
