Monica Coleman (theologian)

Monica A. Coleman (* 1974 in Ann Arbor , Michigan ) is an American author and Methodist theologian .

Life

Coleman studied theology, including at Harvard University and Vanderbilt University . She is an ordained pastor of the African Methodist Episcopal Church . She teaches theology and African-American religions at the Claremont School of Theology in Claremont , California, and is a lecturer at Claremont Graduate University . As an author, she wrote several works.

Monica A. Coleman is not the person who has been married to the American singer Kate Pierson since 2015 .
