Monika Schlachter

Monika Schlachter (* 1957 ) is a German lawyer .

Life

After her habilitation in 1992 at the University of Göttingen , she was professor for civil law, labor law, comparative law and international private law at the University of Jena from 1993 to 2005 . Until 2006 she was a voluntary judge at the Jena Labor Court . Until October 2008 she was professor for civil law, labor law and comparative law at the University of Regensburg . Since 2008 she has been a professor for international and European labor law in Trier .
