Monika Stoll (born 1966 in Bad Nauheim ) is a German biologist and professor at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster .

Live and act

Monika Stoll graduated from Justus Liebig University in Giessen in 1992 and received her doctorate in 1995. sc. hum., Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg , followed in 2002 by his habilitation in medicine at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel .

In 2003 she was appointed university professor for genetic epidemiology of vascular diseases at the Leibniz Institute of the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster . From 2010 to 2014 she was Managing Director of the Leibniz Institute for Arteriosclerosis Research . She has been Vice Rector for Research at the University of Münster since October 2016 .
