The Montrose Avenue
Montrose Avenue was a British musical group that was active in the late 1990s . Their music is described by Last.fm as California harmony sound .
Founded in 1996, Montrose Avenue released an album, Thirty Days Out , in 1998. Three singles found their way onto the UK charts, including one ( Where Do I Stand ) in the UK Top 40 . In 1999 the group disbanded.
Drummer Matt Everitt previously played for Menswear and now works as a radio host for 6 Music .
