The Moraine Point ( English for Polish Morenowy Przylądek , Moraine Cape ' ) is a small headland on the south coast of King George Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It lies on the east bank of the Keller Peninsula and protrudes into Martel Inlet , a side bay of Admiralty Bay .
Polish scientists named it in 1980. It is named after the fact that the headland is an extension of a moraine .
