Moran Roth (born November 10, 1982 in Rechowot , Israel ) is an Israeli basketball player . He is 1.78 m tall and plays in the player position of a point guard .

Player career

Moran Roth began his professional career at Maccabi Ashdod in the 2001/02 season. He switched to Elitzur Ramala in 2002 and played for Hapoel Haifa and Ramat Hasharon at short notice from 2004 .

Maccabi Rishon Lezion signed Roth in 2005. In 2006, Roth moved to Israeli basketball competitor Hapoel Galil Elyon . His other clubs were Hapoel Holon 2007/08 and from the 2008/09 season Roth played for his current club Hapoel Jerusalem .

Moran Roth was the 2004/05 player discovery in the Israeli basketball league . He won the 2007/08 basketball championship with Hapoel Holon and the 2008 trophy with Hapoel Jerusalem.

Internationally, Moran Roth was already on the basketball floor for the U-18 selection of his home country and is in the squad of the Israeli national basketball team .
