Moritz Steinle (born February 14, 1983 in Stuttgart ) is a German soccer player .
At the age of seven he joined the F-youth of the Stuttgarter Kickers . Already during his junior years he played games for the club's second team in the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg . For the 2003/04 season Steinle moved up to the first team and played 136 games in the Regionalliga Süd . With the Stuttgarter Kickers he qualified for the third division that was newly created for the 2008/09 season . He made his professional debut on December 7, 2008, when he was in the starting line-up in a 3-2 home win against SV Werder Bremen II . After relegation with the Kickers in 2009, Steinle only played one season in the first team and then only played four more games in the first team. At the end of 2012 he announced that he would take a break for an unknown time.
