The Morris Glacier is a glacier on the north coast of South Georgia . It flows north to the head of Sea Leopard Fjord in the Bay of Isles .
The American ornithologist Robert Cushman Murphy was the first to map them on his visit to South Georgia (1912–1913) on board the brig Daisy . Murphy named him after the American botanist Edward Lyman Morris (1870-1913), then head of the natural science department of the Brooklyn Museum .
