The Morrison Rocks are a group of ledges in Marie Byrd Land, West Antarctica . In the Crary Mountains they loom along the southern slope of Mount Frakes .

The United States Geological Survey mapped them using their own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1959 to 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named them in 1975 after Paul W. Morrison, Hospital Corpsman at the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station in 1975 1974.
