Mors

Mors ( Russian морс ) is a Russian fruit juice drink made from berries .

To make it, mainly forest berries ( cranberries , bilberries (blueberries), cranberries , wild strawberries , raspberries ) are pressed and the juice is poured out. The pulp is boiled, strained and the resulting brew is poured into the juice. Finally, the liquid is diluted with water and sweetened with sugar. For each glass (200–250 ml) of berries there is a liter of water and half a glass of sugar. As a hot drink, Mors is often made from Warenje .
