The Morse nunatakkers are an isolated group of nunataks in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . They loom 7 km south of Mount Achernar between Lewis Cliff and the MacAlpine Hills .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named them in 1966 after Oliver C. Morse III., Ionospheric physicist at the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station in 1960.
