Moshe Halbertal ( Hebrew משה הלברטל; * 1958 in Montevideo , Uruguay ) is an Israeli philosopher .

He currently teaches at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is a faculty member at the Mandel Leadership Institute in Jerusalem.
