Moseley Rugby Football Club is an English rugby club from Moseley , a district of Birmingham . He plays in the second highest English league, the RFU Championship , the stadium is Billesley Common .

The association was founded in 1873. At the rugby tournament of the 1900 Summer Olympics , he provided most of the players on the British team that won the silver medal. Moseley was particularly successful in cup competitions in the 1960s and 1970s, including the John Player Cup . In addition, were Fiji and the Barbarians defeated. During this time, several English and Welsh national players could be made. This time is still called the “golden years” today.

In the professional era from the mid-1990s, however, the rapid sporting and financial decline followed, as one could no longer keep pace with many clubs.
